1. Fill out an application.   
Leave one application for each adult who will live in the apartment. The rental
application must be completed entirely with all fields in
the application filled-out.
 The less information we have,
the longer it will take to approve your application.

To qualify, we need a minimum of 2 years of positive verifiable leasing references
where you have had your name on a signed lease OR proof of current home
ownership.  To prove home ownership we ask that you provide a copy of a mortgage
statement or property tax statement. We ALSO require a minimum of 2 years
verifiable employment references and your current income needs to be at least 2 ½
times the rent amount. We must have BOTH of these in order for you to qualify to
rent an apartment from Alori Properties.

Students will need a
lease guarantor. The guarantor will be required to provide proof
of home ownership and have verifiable income.
Please fill out the
gurantor form completely
. Do not leave any fields blank.
We do not offer seperate leases. Each guarantor will
co-sign for the entire amount of rent due for the
apartment they are co-signing for. This applies to all
guarantors even if there are multiple roommates.
We cannot
accept a guarantor in lieu of approval requirements for anyone other than students.

Print out the application and guarantor forms, fill them out completely and bring them
to our office or fax them to (512) 454-5049. You can also scan the completed forms
along with copies of the application fee and deposit payments and email them to
alori@alori.net for us to begin processing your application.


2. Leave a check or money order for your security deposit and a separate
check or money order for the application fee.
The security deposit is 1/2 of the rent amount and is required with your application in
order to begin the process. A separate $35 non-refundable application fee is also
required when you apply. The security deposit will be held until you are approved,
then will be deposited into our bank. The approval process time depends on how
quickly we are able to reach your references. The apartment will not be taken off the
market and held for you until a lease has been signed.


3. Sign your lease upon approval.
No additional funds are needed until the day that you move into your apartment and
pay the rent (prorated) for the current month. If you cancel after the lease is signed,
your deposit will not be refunded and you remain responsible for rent until the
apartment is released.

We want you to get the apartment you want!  So please remember - an apartment is
not taken off the market until we have a signed lease. The first applicant to be
approved AND sign a lease gets the apartment. Please make sure that we have all
the information needed to get your application approved quickly. Please do not leave
any fields blank when filling-out your application and guarantor form (if a guarantor
form is required). We ask that you sign your lease as soon as possible upon
approval. The apartment will not be held for you until a lease has been signed.
Pet Deposits. We accept at cats at all properties and small dogs at Firstview only.  
The pet deposit for a cat is $150 and $250 for a dog and is due at the time of
move-in. Dogs cannot exceed 25 lbs. Pet deposits are refundable at the end of your
lease.
