Who we are

Alori Properties creates partnerships of small investors who purchase properties as long term investments. Our goal is to provide tenants with market priced, well cared for rental space in buildings maintained in such a manner as to be a credit to their neighborhood.  In addition, we contribute to the well-being of the community out of which our opportunity arises by making systematic donations (1% of rents) to non-profit organizations that provide shelter for Austin's homeless.

We fully realize that our investment is possible only because of our tenants.  We strive at all times to express our appreciation and gratitude by managing our properties with the highest possible integrity and courtesy and according to stable principles upon which you can depend. 

The managing partners are Jason Aldridge, Jim Lommori, and Lew Aldridge who combine fifty years of management. We hope to use this experience to manage your building in the best possible manner.
