We only offer one year leases.

Information:
Security Deposit is ½ of the rent amount and is required at time of application
along with a $35 application fee. Our pet policy does
allow cats at all of our properties with a $150
refundable pet deposit. We do not allow dogs at any of
our pre-leasing properties. Alori Properties
will pay for gas, trash, water and wastewater at all properties except Orleans, Sausalito and Turnberry
Apts. Orleans, Sausalito and Turnberry residents pay for water and wastewater as well as their electric.
