| Leasing dates & terms: We are now pre-leasing at selected properties Fall 2009 move-ins. We offer one year leases. General Information: Security Deposit is ½ of the rent amount and is required at time of application along with a $35 application fee. Our pet policy does allow cats at all of our properties with a $150 refundable pet deposit. We do not allow dogs at any of our pre-leasing properties. Alori Properties will pay for gas, trash, water and wastewater at all properties except at the Orleans, Sausalito and Turnberry Apartments. Orleans and Turnberry residents pay for water and wastewater as well as their electric. How to Lease an Apartment: Fill out an application. Leave one application for each adult that will live in the apartment. We need a minimum of 2 years leasing references OR proof of home ownership. We also need a verifiable employment income of at least 2 1/2 times the rent amount. You must have both in order to qualify unless you are a student - Students will need a guarantor. Leave a check or money order for your security deposit. The deposit is 1/2 of the rent amount. A $35 application fee is required. The deposit will be held until you are approved, then will be deposited into our bank once you sign your lease. Sign your lease upon approval. The apartment will not be held for you until a lease has been signed. No additional funds are needed until the day that you move into your apartment and pay the rent (prorated) for the current month.
