General Information: Security Deposit is ½ of the rent amount and is required at
time of application along with a $35 application fee per person. Our pet policy does
allow cats with a $150 refundable pet deposit and dogs under 40 lbs with a $400 pet
deposit ($200 non-refundable). Alori Properties will pay for gas and trash and
Turnberry residents pay for water/wastewater as well as their electric.

How To Lease An Apartment:
Fill out an application. Leave one application for each adult that will live in the
apartment. We need a minimum of 2 years leasing references OR proof of home
ownership. We also need a verifiable employment income of at least 2 1/2 times the
rent amount. You must have both in order to qualify unless you are a student.
Students will need a guarantor.
Leave a check or money order for your security deposit. The deposit is 1/2 of
the rent amount. A $35 application fee per person is required. The deposit will be
held until you are approved, then will be deposited into our bank once you sign your
lease.
Sign your lease upon approval. The apartment will not be held for you until a lease
has been signed. No additional funds are needed until the day that you move into
your apartment and pay the rent (prorated) for the current month.
