| Alori Properties Management is proud to announce that we have installed solar panels on nine of our residential apartments and eight of our commercial spaces. In fact, according to Austin Energy, the Alori Properties partnerships taken together are the number one producer of solar energy in Austin! Our Alori family of partnerships has installed 1,406 panels with a 246 Kw production. Why do we do it? As a company we have a strong commitment to our community and our environment. While the addition of solar panels will not directly affect individual utility bills, our tenants can rest easy knowing that shared common spaces such as laundry rooms, hallways, and courtyards are powered by the sun’s energy. Couple this with other energy saving measures we have implemented such as installing the latest in thermostat technology and replacing incandescent bulbs with fluorescent bulbs, and we are truly making a difference! |
